To design and manage a high-end event itinerary to incentivise Volvo Dealer Principals and motivate them throughout the year, driving them to deliver the highest results to qualify for a place on the trip.
WHAT WAS DELIVERED?
- A 5 day event at the Monaco Grand Prix
- Luxury accommodation provided at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel
- Multiple prime viewing locations over three days including a luxury yacht in Monaco Harbour, the Midi-Terrasse at Hotel Hermitage and race day from a private suite at the Fairmont Hotel, overlooking the famous hairpin.
VOLVO SOE CELEBRATION

The objective for the Society of Excellence event was to celebrate and recognise excellence in the Retail Network and in particular, the 24 award winners. The location had to be suitable and centrally located to accommodate two nights, the first a formal award ceremony and the second a more relaxed and informal function.

To design a reward trip to motivate and incentivise the independent grocery channel, ensuring continued engagement throughout the year. The trip’s highlight included thrilling jet boating and off-roading experiences at Oxbow, complemented by alpine golfing and luxurious dinners.
